I use Windows XP home and all bluetooth devices no longer work. When I to to Bluetooth Settings and click on New Connection it states "Bluetooth is not ready." the help tab states to check the "Bluetooth Devices" in the control panel but it does not exist. suggestions? Bluetooth used to work.
