Dell PowerConnect 3248 -- Lost Admin Password and Need to Reset to Factory Defaults

Hi Folks --

I have a Dell PowerConnect 3248 switch and I have established communications with it via the Console and OpenManage Web Interface.

Although the Guest account remains, I no longer have the Admin password.

I need to reset this switch to the Factory Default settings but I cannot simply delete the startup config since I can't log in as Admin.

Is there an alternate means for resetting this router back to factory or am I left with an expensive brick?
