Problem with wireless internet, Dell Wireless 1703 802.11b/g/n (2.4GHz)

Hello,

I have an Inspiron N5050 purchased less than a month ago. Recently, I have been constantly experiencing wireless connection stability problem. Unfortunately, I am not a computer expert and I have tried many things I found on the Internet but nothing seems to vanish the problem.

I am connected to a new (to this laptop) wireless connection, the problem started from the first moment it connected.

I cannot browse or Skype both when the wireless notification says "internet access" or "no internet access". Then if I click on the wireless icon, it shows that I am still connected to my home wireless network. Every now and then I have to try to connect in another network, then cancel it, so it will connect again to my home network and then I have normal internet access until the problem starts again. Today, it kept me online for one hour and then the problem was occurring literally every 2 minutes. 

I tried switching off a power option of the network adapter "allow my computer to switch off this device to save power", I scanned my computer, I ran diagnosis test with Dell PC doctor, I ran troubleshooting with windows, the problem is still here. Sometimes, the Windows troubleshooting says that the problem was found in the network adapter, that Windows reset it and the problem is now fixed. Still nothing.
